The food is delicious and comes in generous portions for the price. Be sure to try the Pupusas!
First time, trying out with my brother. Casual place with two sides, one well lit the other dim but nothing fancy, prices were low and the food, well lets just say you wont leave hungry. Portion size is large. I ordered liver with onion and my brother ordered carne asada. Delicious. We were greeted and told we can sit anywhere, waitress was really nice and even the manager came around to see how things were.
The food was fabulous, the service was great ambience chill... It was Gerald's first time having Latin American food and he liked it a lot.
Moved here from NYC a few months ago and this place is pretty consistent with quality. I ordered the shrimp and squid in house sauce. I have even ordered the shrimp & squid in garlic sauce which was also amazing. The seafood was fresh and clean. I ordered 3 times total, with 2 times being amazing. The other time the seafood could have cooked a little longer. Here's my opinion on the sides Rice: not cooked well Tostones: nice size and crispy (go-to) Salad: extremely fresh & clean (go-to) Beans: a little watery Tortillas: very consistent in taste, size, texture In picture: shrimp & squid in garlic sauce (very good).
Food transported me back home! Very criolla lol! Prices are great, the ladies are very attentive.
